More Images from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Released by Democratic Party US Congress Members

Development plans for the financier's personal tropical island featured within the images.

Furthermore featured in this recent document release is shown to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, located in the American territory.

Jeffrey Epstein bought a more modest island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created plans to build upon the sprawling island by constructing homes, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a pool.

You can see the drawing is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and contains a key labelling distinct parts of the land.

Alongside the main plan are what look to be several other site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for boat shelters.

Additional documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional release.
